UMNi Systems
RL-01 · RL-02

Trading infrastructure — signal routing, execution agents, and a published catalogue of MT4/MT5 products.

umni-systems.com ↗
Build spec
UMNi Systems homepage — a dark trading-tools brand site
Stack — Python · Telethon/PTB · APScheduler · MQL4/MQL5 · SQLite · Telegram Bot API · REST market-data APIs (OKX, Binance, DefiLlama, Twelve Data) · GitHub Pages · Cloudflare
  • Python orchestration hub (Telethon + python-telegram-bot) coordinating multi-desk MT4/MT5 trading EAs — a gold signal-execution EA plus BTC and XAG micro-scalper desks running on one shared account
  • 7-bot Telegram ecosystem run as named AI “staff” — an operator bot, a customer-support bot, a public broadcast voice, an ops/n8n workflow stub, and three trading-desk bots, each with its own identity, avatar and command console
  • Shared micro-scalper engine with a code-generated second variant (one source, two asset builds) — ATR-driven dynamic take-profit, research mode, win-streak auto-scaling to a lot cap, post-close “shadow” MAE/MFE tracking to tune SL/TP from real data, spread and volatility guards, and an instant /ffs (Force Flatten System) kill switch
  • Account-wide risk control — a £-denominated daily cap shared across every desk through terminal global state; the first desk to hit it stops them all, banks their open trades, and can be overridden for the day with one command
  • BTC on-chain/derivatives bias feed built into the hub — funding, open interest and stablecoin flows scored into bias, confidence and cascade risk, with shadow-graded predicted SL/TP and one-tap quick-trade cards with lot-size buttons
  • SQLite-backed trade logging with CTE-based basket grouping and automated end-of-day & weekly reporting
  • Live market-regime detection layer running against a live data feed in shadow-log mode
  • Signal-provider performance auditing across 13 months of historical execution data
  • Unified message standard (Card Standard) across the hub and all bots — a send-time normaliser, idempotent across 16k+ historical messages, with machine-JSON traffic passing through untouched
  • Company-wide Telegram archive — a live mirror of every channel and DM into one auditable feed with batching, flood-control handling and a CSV ledger, plus a parser/merger that rebuilt a 41,892-message, 11-chat, 9-month evolution log
  • Published catalogue of 26 MQL5 software products (13 MT5 + 13 MT4 utilities) — 8 live and independently verifiable on the public MQL5 seller catalogue (versions 1.1–1.26, real activation counts, active updates as of Sept 2026), the remaining 18 built and listed as published/draft
  • Public site — lean single-page build (hero, 26-card status-keyed catalogue, about, contact) plus a dedicated live-reporting page pulling from a self-published JSON data feed for a real, unedited trade record
  • Custom SVG sigil, layered fractal-noise texture, and a scripted support-chat widget with a Telegram hand-off, all hand-built, no template

VG Codeworks
RL-01 · RL-02 · RL-03 · RL-04

My own VAG coding, retrofit and remapping business — a multi-page brand site backed by a Telegram-run job system, Stripe payments, calendar sync and a private garage admin.

rickvr32.github.io/VGCodeworks ↗
Build spec
VG Codeworks homepage — a black and red automotive-coding site with a studio shot of a red Audi
Stack — HTML/CSS/JS · GitHub Pages · Cloudflare Workers · D1 (SQLite) · Telegram Bot API · Stripe · Google Calendar API · DVSA MOT API · Gemini API
  • 9-page hand-built site (home, services, remapping, about, booking, help & contact, privacy, terms, admin) on one custom design system — no framework, builder or template
  • Full brand identity — italic VG mark with a red cursor block and mono CODEWORKS wordmark, favicon/app icon set, and a studio car-photography set edited to one consistent dark look, with a front shot heading and a rear shot closing every page
  • Online booking with Stripe-backed fixed-price sessions and retrofit/remap deposits, plus a promo-code system and a date-driven seasonal theme engine (Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, summer) with its own banners and canvas effects
  • Serverless backend on a single Cloudflare Worker over a D1 database of customers, cars and jobs — rate-limited enquiry API with photo upload, falling back to WhatsApp and email if the backend is unavailable
  • Telegram control centre — 20+ slash commands to book, move, complete, price, invoice and chase jobs, with natural date parsing ("sat 10:00", "18/10 2pm") and one-tap WhatsApp reminder and review-request messages
  • Signature-verified Stripe webhooks that log payments, create the customer and car, and drop the job straight into the calendar
  • Google Calendar sync via a service account — jobs appear, move and disappear as they're booked, rescheduled or cancelled
  • Daily cron round-up — tomorrow's jobs, review requests and unpaid work, delivered to Telegram each evening
  • Hand-written PDF generator for receipts and invoices (no library), plus inbound domain email routed into Telegram and Gmail
  • DVSA MOT History plate lookup and a Gemini-powered AI fault quick-check, each switched on independently by config
  • "Garage Desk" — a private, deindexed admin over the same database: jobs by status, customers, cars, coding logs, and one-click invoice PDFs
  • Front end live now on GitHub Pages; the backend is fully built and documented, and switches on in stages as each service's keys are added
Portfolio valuation — 185–270hrs @ £75–£95/hr£13,875 – £25,650

Elegant Hires
RL-01 · RL-04

Event & party hire platform — live product catalogue, quote-to-booking workflow, automated Stripe payment links, and a full supplier & admin management system.

elegant-hires.com ↗
Build spec
Elegant Hires homepage — a gold-on-black premium event-hire site
Stack — Node.js · Express · Postgres · Stripe · Vercel Cron · GitHub CI/CD
  • Full server-rendered Node/Express application, not a static site — 8 unique page templates (Home, Hire Range index, 6 dynamic category pages, Kids' Parties, About, Contact, Gallery, custom 404), no framework or template fingerprints anywhere in the build
  • Complete brand identity — crown-and-diamond monogram, serif wordmark + script sub-mark, and a repeating brand pattern implemented in 3 distinct colourways swapped per-page (confirmed live: general site, and a separate pink/blue/gold variant on Kids' Parties)
  • Full product photography across the hire catalogue and Kids' Parties range — tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, linen and accessories — shot, styled, and edited personally, not stock or supplier imagery
  • Public quote form → Postgres database → email alert → booking workflow (pending → sourcing → accepted/declined) → auto-generated Stripe payment link on acceptance, plus a separate lighter-weight general-enquiry form
  • Password-protected admin dashboard — live stats, full booking management, supplier management, an editable catalogue pricing tool that updates the public site live, a searchable email log, and one-click CSV export
  • Automated, idempotent comms — booking alerts, payment links, event reminders, thank-yous, and scheduled daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with month-on-month comparisons, all logged
  • Supplier tools — one-click accept/decline availability links (no login needed, token-based access), a self-service pricing portal, and an automated price-match engine that proposes pricing before the admin quotes the client
  • Admin, supplier-response and supplier-portal routes deliberately deindexed and unlinked from every public page — verifiable directly in the site's own robots.txt
  • Infrastructure — GitHub → Vercel CI/CD, custom domain + DNS, full relational database schema, environment-based config with safe fallbacks

LifeReady
RL-01 · RL-03 · RL-04

First aid training provider platform — public course booking, workplace quoting with deposits, Stripe payments, a full admin system, and the complete brand and launch package around it.

lifereadyfirstaid.co.uk ↗
Build spec
LifeReady homepage — a green, first-aid-cross branded training site
Stack — Node.js · Express (EJS admin) · PostgreSQL · Stripe · Google Calendar API · Vercel Cron · GitHub CI/CD
  • Full server-rendered Node/Express admin over PostgreSQL with versioned migrations and triggers, built on the same proven foundation as the Elegant Hires booking platform
  • One booking engine, two buying paths — open-class checkout (pick a date and places, pay in full via Stripe Checkout, 30-minute seat hold released automatically) and workplace quoting (enquiry → tailored quote → private payment link → deposit → automatic balance reminder)
  • Concurrency-safe seat counts under database row locks — load-tested with 6 people racing for the last 4 places; exactly 4 get through, zero overbooking
  • Idempotent throughout — refund idempotency keys, replay-safe Stripe webhooks, and logged email claims rule out double refunds or duplicate emails; a failed refund leaves the booking untouched with a retry button in the admin
  • Five-page admin — live dashboard (takings, 30-day fill rate, open enquiries, balances owed), session/booking management with one-click refund/cancel and CSV export, an enquiry-to-quote pipeline, a 12-template email editor with live preview and test-send, and no-code settings validation
  • One-way Google Calendar sync via a service account (no login flow for the client) — live per-session booked counts, trigger-marked sync state so a Google outage fails safely and retries each morning without duplicating events
  • Security baseline — hashed admin password, login lockout, CSRF protection on every form, secret-gated cron endpoint
  • Full brand identity and launch package — mark and wordmark, 5-colour palette, 14-asset brand pack, mobile-first light/dark site, platform-sized social assets, and a double-sided A5 leaflet
  • Verified with 27 end-to-end test scenarios against a real database, with Stripe, email and Google Calendar faked
  • Domain live now with a holding page and "booking opens soon" banner — no bookings taken until the booking system switches on at launch
Portfolio valuation — 214–320hrs @ £75–£95/hr£16,050 – £30,400
